# Normal Spoofing

Firstly, please run the "serial checker.bat" inside the spoofer folder

Once done, press: Windows key + Shift + S, and take a **screenshot** of the **FULL** window, example below:

**Send your screenshot in the ticket (Ctrl + V). (THIS IS NOT A RECOMMENDATION, OUR SUPPORT MUST CONFIRM IF EVERYTHING IS GOOD OR NOT, NOT YOU!)**

Proceed to press the **Windows key + R**, and then type **msinfo32** and press enter, then send a **screenshot** of the **full** window into the ticket like so:

Notes for before spoofing:

* If your MSINFO32 is messed up, an example being your baseboard manufacturer is "JN3N4N34J1S9EJWN" (random numbers/letters), or displaying, for example, "MSI" when your actual motherboard is ASUS, please use the "SMBIOS Fixer" feature prior to spoofin&#x67;**.**
* &#x20;**If you do not know your real motherboard brand and model, you can check out this information in your BIOS (usually in the starting page), or physically on your motherboard inside your PC case.**
* **Wait for staff's confirmation** before continuing. If they approve, please **go to the steps below.**

### Step 5. Spoofing

This is the step after the continuation of [the new spoofing process](/joonyv2/spoofing/setup-for-web-loader.md). If you aren't caught up to that, please read that first.

ONLY IF SUPPORT TELLS YOU TO, select your motherboard in the SMBIOS fixer. OTHERWISE, do NOT select SMBIOS.

<h3 align="center">If your SMBIOS does not need fixing (this will be confirmed by staff, NOT by you), go straight to clicking the "Spoof" option, assuming staff has confirmed your serials and msinfo32 screenshots.</h3>

Please carefully read all the logs displayed on the website and in the webloader.py window (spoofer console). It is very important as if something goes wrong it will let you know there.&#x20;

Once you have finished spoofing, it will open a new link under /spoofreport.

Please forward this to the ticket, you can simply share it by either clicking "Stats for Support" or just simply copying the link (We prefer you do both).&#x20;

As well, before you restart your system, please see the webloader.py window (the spoofer console). If it says "wmac finished successfully" and to restart your PC, you can restart your PC.

If there is an error, it will automatically boot the backup M.A.C address spoofer, but please make sure to send us a screenshot of the error anyway via the support ticket, restart your PC, and take a look at the [Spoofing Errors](/joonyv2/spoofing/spoofing-errors.md) section.

After you restart your PC, after a minute the network report should open up in your browser. Send this link in the support ticket as well, along with the "Stats for Support"
